Shanxi Fulida Technology Co., Ltd. Authorized by Two Major Steel Enterprises as Exclusive Agent for Russian Market
Recently, Shanxi Fulida Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fulida") has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Shijiazhuang Aolian Colorful Steel Sheet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aolian") and Hebei Henghui Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henghui"), receiving authorization from both companies to become their exclusive agent and distributor in the Russian market. This cooperation marks a new chapter as the three parties join hands to develop the Russian steel market together.
According to the agreements, Fulida has obtained exclusive sales rights from both Aolian and Henghui throughout Russia, representing products including hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils, galvanized coils, and steel sections, covering multiple well-known brands such as Puyang, Ruifeng, and Jinxi. The authorization period is from June 2025 to June 2028, lasting for three years. As the exclusive agent, Fulida will be responsible for sales, after-sales service, and market promotion of these products in the Russian market.

Mr. Yi Shengguo, Chairman of Aolian, said: "Choosing Fulida as our exclusive agent in the Russian market is based on their rich experience in international trade and deep understanding of the Russian market. We believe that through this cooperation, Aolian's high-quality steel structure color plates and steel products will better serve Russian customers and meet local market demands."
Mr. Qi Gaohui, General Manager of Henghui, pointed out: "Russia is an important country along the 'Belt and Road' Initiative and a significant export market for Chinese steel products. This strategic cooperation with Fulida will effectively integrate resources from both sides and enhance the competitiveness and brand influence of Henghui products in the Russian market."
Industry experts believe that this three-party cooperation is an important practice of Chinese steel enterprises' "going global" strategy and a positive measure to respond to changes in international markets and expand overseas business. By integrating high-quality domestic steel resources and having them uniformly represented by a professional foreign trade company, this approach not only improves market development efficiency and reduces trade risks but also provides Russian customers with more diversified, one-stop product choices and service experiences.
It is understood that since its establishment, Fulida has been committed to China-Russia trade, with stable customer resources and a comprehensive sales network in the Russian market. After receiving this dual authorization, Fulida will further expand its business scale in Russia, with expectations of significant growth in annual steel product exports over the next three years, injecting new vitality into China-Russia economic and trade cooperation.
